Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are in your possession is your responsibility, whether or not you personally initiated that activity.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months without any login activity. luck213 may apply a monthly inactivity fee of Rs 200 to dormant accounts after written notification to the registered mobile number. If the balance falls to zero, the dormant account may be closed. Players may reactivate an account at any time by logging in and completing identity verification.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Rules

8 Account Suspension and Closure

luck213 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons: a breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, collusion, or bonus abuse; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; court order or regulatory direction; or any other conduct that luck213 determines to be harmful to the integrity of the platform or other players.

8.2 Closure by the Player

13 Amendments to These Terms
